Biography of Wikenty Rymsza

Description:
Born into a peasant family in Krivonosy, Święciany district, Vilnius province, in 1866. Lived in Leningrad, was on pension and was a parishioner of St. Casimir Church. May 8, 1931 – arrested in a case against Catholic clergy and laity (Wojno et al.). March 7, 1932 – sentenced [at age 66] to three years in corrective labor camp, commuted to banishment to Kazakhstan for the same term [OGPU Collegium]. Fate thereafter unknown.
