Biography of Alexander Palatkin

Description:
Lived in Bolshevo, Moscow oblast. In the spring of 1930 he sheltered Fr. Alois Kappes – who was in an illegal status and the subject of a countrywide search – in his apartment. In August 1930 he was drawn into the investigation in a case against German Catholic clergy and laity on the Lower Volga; convicted. Fate thereafter unknown.
