Biography of Father Kruvlialis

Graduated from seminary and was ordained. Served in Lithuania and remained there after the annexation of Lithuania to the USSR and during the German occupation. In 1945 (?) – after the return of the Red Army and establishment of Soviet rule – Fr. Kruvlianis was arrested and sentenced to a prison camp. Sent to Intlag (Inta, Kozhvinsk region, Komi ASSR); in 1948 he was transferred to Minlag; released in September 1954 but he remained in a settlement in Zapadnoye Village, Inta.
