- Born into a peasant family in Skudutushki, Uvansk county, Vilkomir district, Kovno province, in 1886. Lived in Leningrad and worked in a factory. Entered the Order of the Sacred Heart of Jesus; belonged to St. Casimir Church. In April 1927 – arrested in the case against Fr. Augustine Proncketis and others. June 19, 1932 – sentenced to three years’ exile in Kazakhstan [OGPU Collegium]. Fate thereafter unknown. Source: Shkarovskii, p. 286
