Biography of Anelia Kolos

Born into a peasant family in Miorakh, Disna district, Vilna province, in 1900. Prior to 1932 she lived in Fashchevka, Mogilev region. In 1928 she became a Third Order Franciscan. From January 1932 she lived in Leningrad and was the housekeeper and a parishioner of St. Stanislaus parish. In April 1932 she was arrested in connection with the case against Fr. Augustine Proncketis and others. June 19, 1932 – sentenced to three years’ exile in Kazakhstan [OGPU Collegium]. Fate thereafter unknown. Source: Shkarovskii, p. 265
