Biography of Eleonora Jakowicka

Description:
Born into a lower middle class family in Ilukste, Courland province. Lived in Leningrad, worked as a guard and janitress at Visitation of the Most Holy Virgin Mary Church. May 8, 1931 – arrested in the case against Fr. Stefan Wojno and others. March 7, 1932 – sentenced to three years’ exile to Kazakhstan [OGPU Collegium]. Fate thereafter unknown.
