Biography of Stefania Hoffmann

Lived in Rohleder, worked on her own farmstead, and belonged to Mother of God Catholic parish. In 1930 she was arrested in connection with the case against German Catholic clergy and laity. Banished for three years to Kazakhstan, where the length of her exile was extended another three years. In June 1936 she submitted a request to the Political Red Cross to be released from exile.
