Biography of Victor Barasov

Lived in Astrakhan and belonged to the local church. In the fall of 1925 he moved to Saratov, where he lived in Father Baumtrog’s apartment and studied for his exams for entrance to an institute of higher education. In 1926 he enrolled as a student at Moscow University. In 1930 he was drawn into the investigation in the case against German Catholic clergy and laity in the Volga German ASSR. Convicted (?).
